What are the CHEMICAL differences between organic milk and conventional milk? - whats the difference between organic and conventional seeds
I understand that organic milk contains no synthetic hormones, antibiotics and no added chemicals such as pesticides, etc., but as milk oraganic differ in their chemical composition of conventional milk. I read that organic milk contains higher levels of vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids. What I'm trying to understand is how you can (laboratory test), when the milk organic or conventional products? I pay anyones scientific input. Thank you!
